Ecommerce

An online store that actually sells your products

If you sell physical products, whether that's a handful of items or a full catalogue, you need a store that handles stock, variants, and checkout properly, not a link-in-bio page or a marketplace listing you don't control. We build the store, wire it into your own Stripe account, and hand you the keys.

What's included

  • A product catalogue with categories, variants, and stock levels
  • Checkout into your own Stripe account, not a third-party marketplace
  • Order alerts to your inbox or Slack the moment someone buys
  • Prices and stock checked on the server, never trusted from the browser
  • Shipping, local pickup, or delivery, whichever fits how you sell
  • A design built around your actual products, not a generic storefront theme

How it works

From first call to handover

01 / 06

01

Talk

We confirm what you do, your hours, and your branding, and agree the scope and price in writing before anything starts.

02

Accounts

You open your own domain, hosting, Stripe, and delivery accounts. We guide you through each one. You own them.

03

Build

We fill in your template with real photos, prices, and products. You approve a preview before it goes anywhere.

04

Test

A test order, a real refund, and a real courier trip, all checked before a single customer sees it.

05

Go live

We point your domain, switch on your live keys, and watch the first orders come through.

06

Handover

You get the code, the logins, and a short training session. Monthly support is optional after that.

Frequently asked questions

Ask us. Websites, online ordering, and delivery are just some options you can add easily. We are digital ecommerce consultants, so we also help with new ideas: bookings, subscriptions, memberships, loyalty, wholesale ordering, custom integrations, and more. We scope it with you and quote it in writing before anything is built.

Every business is different, so we quote in writing after a short chat: a build fee, then an optional monthly support plan. Online ordering and delivery are priced as separate add-ons, so you only pay for what you use.

Only for the add-ons. Online ordering needs your own Stripe account. Delivery needs your own approved Uber Direct account, and it depends on courier coverage at your address, which we check before you commit.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, not us. Orders and enquiries go to the inbox you choose. We keep a list of every provider that touches data, and we share it with you.
