Online ordering

Online ordering and delivery, done properly

Third-party delivery apps take a cut of every order and own the customer relationship, not you. We build order-ahead pickup and on-demand delivery straight into your own website, with Uber couriers handling the driving under your own delivery account.

What's included

  • A menu or product list customers order from directly on your site
  • Checkout into your own Stripe account, no commission cut by a third-party app
  • Uber couriers collect and deliver, with a live quote shown at checkout
  • The customer pays the delivery fee, not you
  • Time limits for food and other goods that have to arrive fresh or cold
  • Order alerts the moment something comes through, so nothing gets missed

How it works

From first call to handover

01 / 06

01

Talk

We confirm what you do, your hours, and your branding, and agree the scope and price in writing before anything starts.

02

Accounts

You open your own domain, hosting, Stripe, and delivery accounts. We guide you through each one. You own them.

03

Build

We fill in your template with real photos, prices, and products. You approve a preview before it goes anywhere.

04

Test

A test order, a real refund, and a real courier trip, all checked before a single customer sees it.

05

Go live

We point your domain, switch on your live keys, and watch the first orders come through.

06

Handover

You get the code, the logins, and a short training session. Monthly support is optional after that.

Frequently asked questions

Any business ready to sell or serve customers online, and especially local businesses that serve customers in person: food and drink, retail, beauty, trades, fitness, and professional services. We start from the closest template and tailor it to you. Delivery suits businesses that sell goods, and an enquiry or booking form suits service businesses.

Every business is different, so we quote in writing after a short chat: a build fee, then an optional monthly support plan. Online ordering and delivery are priced as separate add-ons, so you only pay for what you use.

Only for the add-ons. Online ordering needs your own Stripe account. Delivery needs your own approved Uber Direct account, and it depends on courier coverage at your address, which we check before you commit.

Uber couriers do, under your Uber Direct account. We supply the technology, and you stay the seller. Businesses selling food or other perishables set a delivery time limit so orders arrive in good condition.
